We are now looking for a dentist who wants to make a difference!

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

At Folktandvården Centrum Borås, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs.

As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full competence while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

Your duties include:

• Working both independently and together with your colleagues in the treatment room.
• Conducting both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments and emergency dental care.
• Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics.

At Folktandvården Centrum, we have 9 treatment rooms and a total of 30 employees. In addition to being a general dental clinic, we are also an emergency clinic and accept emergencies daily. The clinic has a mixed patient category with varying care needs where you as a dentist will utilize your full competence. We are also a resource clinic for nitrous oxide and pedodontics, which means we receive referrals from neighboring clinics. We also have the advantage of having a health promoter as we work preventively for our children.

We are a clinic that is open Monday - Thursday until 19:00 and Fridays until 16:00.

Qualifications and Profile

• Licensed dentist, preferably with a few years of practical experience.
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry.
• Knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely.
• Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do.
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner.

About the Recruitment Process

After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

If you, as an applicant, have education/degree from another EU/EES country than Sweden and lack references, it may be relevant to provide supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.
